  • 吸干机的正常运行受哪些因素影响

     吸附式干燥机是通过“压力变化”(变压吸附原理)来达到干燥效果。显然,吸干机的正常运行,工作压力就是很重要的一个环节。除了工作压力之外,进气温度、凝结水、油雾、再生气量等对吸干机能否正常运行,也有着重要的影响。
1·工作压力
1. Work pressure
(1)、压缩空气饱和含水量与压力成反比,即工作压力越低,吸干机的湿度负荷越大,因此对再生气量的需求也变大;
(1) the saturated water content of compressed air is inversely proportional to the pressure, that is, the lower the working pressure, the greater the humidity load of the dryer, so the demand for the regenerated gas is also larger.
 
(2)、从干燥机的结构我们知道,再生空气是由孔板或球阀的开启度和两侧的压力差决定的。在流通面积一定的情况下,流经孔板或球阀的再生气量与压力成正比,工作压力的下降会导致再生气量的减小从而使吸干机再生效率降低,影响吸附效率。
(2) from the structure of the dryer, we know that the regeneration air is determined by the opening degree of the orifice plate or the ball valve and the pressure difference on both sides. In the case of a certain circulation area, the regenerated gas flow through the hole plate or ball valve is proportional to the pressure. The decrease of the working pressure will lead to the decrease of the regenerated gas, which reduces the regeneration efficiency of the drying machine and affects the adsorption efficiency.
(3)、压缩空气的体积与压力成反比,较低的工作压力使压缩空气空塔流速提高,吸附剂与压缩空气的接触时间缩短,导致动态吸附容量的下降。

(4)、由于压力下降、空塔流速提高,导致吸附床层的压力损失加大。

2·进气温度
2. Intake temperature
进入吸干机的压缩空气为具有一定温度的饱和空气。同等压力条件下,温度每提高5℃,饱和含水量增加30%左右,也就是进入吸附式干燥机的湿度负荷增加30%左右。
The compressed air entering the suction machine is a saturated air with a certain temperature. Under the same pressure, when the temperature is raised by 5 degrees centigrade, the saturated water content will increase by about 30%, that is, the humidity load of the adsorption dryer will increase by about 30%.
 
此外,吸附剂的吸附能力随温度的升高而降低,因此随压缩空气进口温度的升高,吸附式干燥机的干燥效率下降。
In addition, the adsorption capacity of adsorbent decreases with the increase of temperature. Therefore, the drying efficiency of adsorption dryer decreases with the increase of inlet temperature of compressed air.
 
进气温度每提高5℃,成品气出口露点温度将升高8~10℃。所以,尽可能降低进气温度对吸附式干燥机有好处。
When the inlet temperature is increased by 5 degrees, the dew point temperature of the finished gas outlet will increase by 8~10 degrees Celsius. Therefore, lowering the inlet temperature as far as possible is beneficial to the adsorption dryer.
